The property has three bedrooms, one bathroom, with a large backyard allowing pets and lots of space for children to play. The large deck at the back is great for entertaining with a BBQ and separate shaded area. The kitchen and dining have direct access to the deck and yard. The kitchen has gas cooking, the lounge has a wood fireplace for the cooler months. The bathroom has a sperate shower and bath.

The main bedroom is downstairs with a double bed and built in robes. The upstairs bedrooms also have a double bed in one room and three singles in the other.
