Toad Hall | 2 Bedroom | 1 Bath | Pambula

March 26, 2021 by Anna Brandauer

Toad Hall has sat proudly in the heart of Pambula village since 1860 an iconic building radiating nostalgia, significant in the rich tapestry of Pambula’s history. Filled with stories of bygone days…

From what we have read the building was originally the Telegraph Office, then saddlery in the early 1900s, the building was said to have put on her red light in the 1930s, Oh la la!
Later the building became private residences for many years, most recently home to Merv’s Shed a fantastic Antique store, we look forward to hosting you in this next chapter…

We have 2 comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom.
Living area with french doors opening up to a balcony with sweeping views over the village and surrounding area, a great place to sit with your morning cuppa or sundowners. In cooler months we nothing more than a glass of red in front of the open fire.

The house is fully equipped with a kitchen & formal dining area oozing character and charm.
There is a rear courtyard – with bbq, but with the best coffee shops, Wild rye bakery, Banksia Restaurant, and Longstocking brewery a stone’s throw away you’re spoilt for choice.
With modern conveniences cleverly added you will want for nothing in this period home.

The quaint village of Pambula has been gathering momentum to earn the title of the best little village along the sapphire coast. Enjoy a fine dining dinner experience at the famous Banksia Restaurant located less than 100m from your door. For breakfast gather fresh bread and pastries from the Wild Rye bakery and enjoy on your private verandah overlooking the atmospheric village. Stroll through the village discovering the hidden gems of the sapphire coast from Boutiques to Antiques this little village has it all.

There are many attractions close to the property such as a self-guided tour of the Pamboola Wetlands, take the cycle path to Pambula beach, catch a ride with Captain Sponge on his magical oyster tours located at Pambula lake or spend some time enjoying the pristine waters of the Pambula River.
