Raine & Horne Merimbula Pandemic Annexure Policy
Valid for bookings taken from 1/11/2021.
All reservations are accommodation only and still subject to standard terms & conditions regardless of lift pass accessibility or availability of resort access for activities.
Subject to the below Terms and Conditions, Raine & Horne Merimbula Pandemic Cancellation Policy allows guests to request a cancellation with an 80% refund, less any booking or credit card fees. These include:
• Government imposed non-travel restrictions in the Bega Valley LGA or the ID of the primary guests LGA.
• Government imposed border closure with the primary guest ID from the state of closure.
• Government issued advice for the primary guest or household member to isolate.
• Extreme weather events or natural disasters that prevent guest accessing the property for more than 48 hours.
The above condition terms are only met when they are imposed by the State Government and documented on their official sites, concerning the booking arrival date.
If you have travelled and checked into the property, the contract has been fulfilled and there will be no refunds issued if you depart early.
Online & Agent Bookings (3rd Party)
If you have booked via a 3rd Party, you will have to adhere to their policies and may not be subject to the above terms.
3rd Party bookings have a variable commission that Raine & Horne Merimbula either doesn’t hold or is automatically rebated to 3rd Party agent, this commission is non-refundable via Raine & Horne Merimbula.
