NOT INCLUDED IN STANDARD RATE: There is a 5th bedroom located in a separate studio downstairs which contains a Queen bed, bathroom & kitchenette. If you would like to include the studio apartment in your booking, please advise at the time of booking or make an enquiry as there will be an additional cost for the studio. This would mean that the maximum number of guests would be 12, not 10 should you wish to include the studio.
